Cozy Bear Dreams Shipping Policy

Every item at Cozy Bear Dreams is custom-made just for you when you place an order. This print-on-demand process helps us avoid overproduction and stay mindful of our environment.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Free shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Domestic shipping: Packages generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days after leaving the printing facility.

  • International shipping: Orders outside the United States typically take 10 to 21 business days to arrive.

  • Tracking details: We email a tracking link to you the moment your order leaves the facility. 

Production and Processing Times

  • Creation time: Items take 2 to 5 business days to print and pack before they ship.

  • Peak periods: Production may take slightly longer during holidays or high-demand shopping seasons.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Import fees: International orders may incur local customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

  • Customer responsibility: The recipient is responsible for paying all extra customs fees applied by their local government. 

Incorrect Addresses and Lost Packages

  • Address verification: Cozy Bear Dreams is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.

  • Reshipping fees: If a package returns to our printing partner due to an invalid address, you must pay the return shipping costs to have it sent again.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Quality assurance: If your product arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will fix it immediately.

  • How to report: Email our support team with your order number and a clear photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery to receive a free replacement. 

Packaging:

  • Depending on the items you order you may receive more than one packge.
